Prompt and courteous service. The door was installed by POD less than a year ago, so it probably shouldn't have needed adjustment. However, Shane re-aligned the track and the door opener is now working again.

Arrived in that time frame, explained my options, replaced the rail and belt assembly on my door opener, adjusted the door opening and closing limits and, explained the warranty on the parts and work performed.
