When Peyton arrived to repair our fallen door, a hummingbird was trapped in our garage. He gently captured it in his cap and freed it. He then proceeded to repair the door. He was efficient and courteous and the door works better than before. Thank you Peyton!

I was impressed with the service. I went out online to find someone to replace the chain on my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had a website that allowed me to schedule an appointment online. I was hoping they would be able to fix it today and was surprised that they could. I later talked to my son who is a real estate broker and he said they were the best in town. I was impressed when the technician called and told me he was on the way. I then received a text with his picture and that he was on his way. This included a little about him. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the price to fix it. He was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your garage door repairs.

I needed to get the springs on my garage door replaced. I called and talked to I believe Chelsea. Super helpful and friendly, said she could get someone out to my home within the next couple of hours. Payton Naylor came right away. He was very nice and did an awesome job! My expectations were met and am beyond happy!!

Expectations highly met. I needed a new motor for my garage because the old one wasn't responding well to remote signals. The service tech changed out the entire system and we got a great upgrade, which is what we wanted. Tech was very polite, efficient, quick, and helpful with explanations of new features. I highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door issues.

I just got lucky. Googled garage door problems, Precision popped up. Booked on line, door expert, Matt, showed up a little early, looked at the door, gave me an estimate , and fixed my door. Matt was a polite young man even had a personality. I talked with him the whole time. Come to find out he is a good friend of my grandson. I’ve found a garage door company; you should too.

Their worker, Casey came out in a timely manner, and found out we did not have a dramic problem, but spent time with us showing us things we needed to know. He took time to spray everything. Mike was one of the nicest- kind- professionals I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. There have been times I would not let some technicians in my home. Precision was great to work with! We were having trouble with our garage door closing (ended up being a sensor issue). We called on a Wednesday evening and they were at our house by Friday afternoon. Our technician Casey was very nice! He was able to fix our issue in under 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

Precision Door did another great job on our garage door repair. Just like a previous repair we had done, the work was excellent and performed in a timely fashion. Our technician, Jason Rodriguez, explained all the work to be done precisely and gave us a very fair estimate. Mr. Rodriguez was very courteous and professional the entire time. One of my two garage door springs broke, and although I am big on Do-It-Yourself projects, I figured it would be better for me to hire an expert so they can evaluate by entire garage door system. I contacted Precision door company, and they sent me text message as well as email notifications for appointment reminders. Josh arrived on time and was all business minded as he immediately started inspecting my garaged door. Once the inspection was complete, he provided me with the basic repair option as well as a few options for upgrading parts for noise reduction and longevity of the garage door system He repaired and replaced parts same day and provided me with a good explanation of the work he accomplished. Garage door functions correctly and is much quieter than before. I recommend Josh and Precision Door Services.
