I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!

Called this morning at 8:15 expecting to hear it would be days to get my door fixed. The rep on the phone was awesome and told me someone could be here between 11-1 on the same day! Matt (service tech) called and said he was on his way….at 10 am!!! That is what you call quick service! He fixed what was broken in a jiffy! Could not have had a better experience with this group!! I googled these guys on a Saturday morning and called because they advertised that I would speak to a live person. Local reviews listed for my area which I didn’t bother to read, I just picked up the phone to book their services. They offered a Sunday special, which I declined and they scheduled me for the upcoming week at my convenience. Tech had a cancellation in his schedule so he called me and Matt came right out diagnosed and fixed my problem. Super polite, professional and knowledgeable, problem resolved for a fare price.
