I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!

Called this morning at 8:15 expecting to hear it would be days to get my door fixed. The rep on the phone was awesome and told me someone could be here between 11-1 on the same day! Matt (service tech) called and said he was on his way….at 10 am!!! That is what you call quick service! He fixed what was broken in a jiffy! Could not have had a better experience with this group!! I googled these guys on a Saturday morning and called because they advertised that I would speak to a live person. Local reviews listed for my area which I didn’t bother to read, I just picked up the phone to book their services. They offered a Sunday special, which I declined and they scheduled me for the upcoming week at my convenience. Tech had a cancellation in his schedule so he called me and Matt came right out diagnosed and fixed my problem. Super polite, professional and knowledgeable, problem resolved for a fare price. Precision Door Service technical rep. knew how to replace the sensor boards and had exactly two on the service van, which is what was needed. These parts were hard to come by, so I considered myself very fortunate to get the two sensor boards for the Liftmaster doors 2 and 3. Scott the technician performed a very thorough job of replacing the ones that were struck by Lightning. For anyone with garage doors, hope your garage never gets struck by 40,000 plus volts of lightning at 4:30 a.m. on a February morning. Lucky that the MLG&W transformer to garage and house are on separate meters, the motors were O.K. it, just sensor boards were ruined, but now replaced. Thanks, Precision Door Service.

I chose Precision Door Service because my neighbor recommended your company. Chris Hisaw was the technician that came to my house. I could not close my garage door all the way. He temporarily fix the door so I could close it and be safe. I have to get the brick wall repaired first so he can install a new rail. Chris arrived at my home on time. He was very friendly and professional. He checked my door and with in minuets he had a quote for the repair. He began the repair and within no time my door was repaired. He took the time to oil the rollers, rails, and motor chain. My door is working like new.
