Wow, fast, efficient, and fixed our problems. We knew we had a broken spring when we called yesterday. The scheduler set us up with an appointment today. Not only was our tech, Chris, on time, he actually called to see if he could come a bit earlier. Chris did a thorough analysis of our door and fully explained to us three options that we could pick from. We chose the middle level service, that included replacing our rollers and bottom brackets along with the springs. Chris went right to work and was done in no time. Our door now works better than ever. We are very pleased with the service we received and would readily recommend Precision Door.

Our service was scheduled within 24 hours of our call. We received notification of arrival and a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. Roger arrived promptly and provided a diagnosis of the problem. He explained the options we could select for our repair. Once we agreed on the repair, he provided the price prior to the work. He was very professional in his work. Following installation, Roger ensured all programming was complete. We were very happy with our service.
