I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.

The scheduled appointment was after 4 and they called at noon that they could come early. it worked better with my schedule. Ben was very professional and took care to ensure I understood what he was doing and why. Great service, fair price. finished in under an hour.

Wow! most impressed with the work to repair my garage door opener. Neat clean technicians who are knowledgeable and get the job done right. Door opener is an older one but no one even mentioned “maybe you need a new one”. They actually fixed it and I was happy. Their website is great and has all info you need. This is the first place to call when you need door service.

The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks

I had an emergency. Though the t was minor, it was risky to DIY the situation. After calling the competition and being told, “Sorry...it will have to be late tomorrow”, Precision tells me they’re slammed, but they’ll get someone out to help resolve my situation. Yes, it was simple...BUT I’m not a professional door installer and couldn’t have known. To cut to the point...they did what the competition wouldn’t do. My door works as good as new and I’ll be calling Precision when the time comes to make any replacements that need be made in the future.

We called at 8 pm. My garage door was fixed by 3 pm the next day. Let me mention that it was Thanksgiving! We really appreciate the quick response. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes upon arrival. Everyone involved was helpful!

Really transparent and easy to schedule. Matt did great job. Emergency service fee was a little hefty....but they came on a Sunday morning within 45 min of calling, so nothing to complain about with that attentiveness.

5 stars for Matt and the company's service. Professional on time skillful and polite. Had phone contact difficulty with phones for Lakeland Memphis and Bartlett but Bartlett connected. Told receptionist and she said you would check it out. Could hinder you receiving calls as it rang and then a void. Then one rang interrupted with message conversation may be recorded rang and then void. Bartlett rang interrupted about recording then rang but this time answered. Didn't try the Germantown number so it may be Ok. Thanks JMP.
