Third experience having Aaron Stewart come to my home. Each time has been the textbook definition of what excellent customer service looks like! Cannot say enough good things about how professional, polite, friendly, and well educated Aaron is about your products. He obviously puts in the time and effort it takes to represent your company and its products well, in order to best help customers. I’m sure it’s only matter of time before he will be promoted, but please first let him train more technicians to have the same knowledge and customer service skills!

I have known Jon Russell for a long time and that is how I came to use Precision Door. The technician who came out to my house, Ben, called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment and it worked out well. He was very polite and knew what he was doing and got the circuit board in my opener repaired promptly. I will definitely use PrecisionDoor again in the future.

What I thought was going to be major repair work that would cost $$$$$ turned out to be minor and I appreciate his honesty. I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.
