The Precision repair person was prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of the service call. He explained what happened and why and how to avoid a similar issue in the future. The work was covered under a lifetime warranty and both springs were replaced under the warranty.

My tech Wes showed up when he said he would he very polite and professional, even my big dog liked him, and she doesn't like everyone. He made repairs and thoroughly checked and tighten up loose screws to ensure his work. I would defiantly call on Precision for all my garage door issues.

Precision Door technicians are both responsive, efficient and service-oriented. They do an OUTSTANDING job everytime. "Big box" stores may be a bit cheaper; I have used them in the remote past. But once I started using Precision, I have never gone back! Thank you, Precision. And, yes, I am a real, very picky customer. I have never written a positive review for anyone previousky. Ever.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called Precision and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick Scheiderer was our technician. He came in, assessed the situation, offered additional repair options (that we accepted) and made the necessary repairs fast and efficiently. He then looked at our opener motor which wasn't part of the scope of the work but found an issue that was causing the motor to make more noise than it should. He repaired this issue as well. My garage opener has not been this quiet since we bought the house 12 years ago. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I am a new customer to Precision. I called for a service appointment around 8:15 AM, they set the appointment for between 10-12 that same day, Rick, the technician, called me about 9:30 to say he would be at my house in around 20 minutes, and he was! He was very professional, and completed the servicing, fixing my problem, and taking care of a few other minor issues very quickly. I will definitely use Precision again.

Matt was my technician. He called ahead, asked if he could come early. Answered my questions before he completed the work. Gave me an estimate per my request on future upgrades. Matt did an excellent job. Garage is working great. Thanks Matt...thank you Precision Dorr.
