Our garage door came off the tracks early Saturday evening. I called and a technician came out within about two hours and repaired the door with no problems. I also was provided an estimate for additional repairs, but no pressure to purchase. The technician was competent and friendly.

"Help! Dad, I pulled my car in the garage, put the door down, took the kids in the house and we heard a loud crashing sound! The car is ok but it is stuck inside the garage." We took my daughter one of our cars so she could get the kids to day care and go to work and called Precision first thing this morning.
