The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called Precision and made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick Scheiderer was our technician. He came in, assessed the situation, offered additional repair options (that we accepted) and made the necessary repairs fast and efficiently. He then looked at our opener motor which wasn't part of the scope of the work but found an issue that was causing the motor to make more noise than it should. He repaired this issue as well. My garage opener has not been this quiet since we bought the house 12 years ago. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I am a new customer to Precision. I called for a service appointment around 8:15 AM, they set the appointment for between 10-12 that same day, Rick, the technician, called me about 9:30 to say he would be at my house in around 20 minutes, and he was! He was very professional, and completed the servicing, fixing my problem, and taking care of a few other minor issues very quickly. I will definitely use Precision again.

"Help! Dad, I pulled my car in the garage, put the door down, took the kids in the house and we heard a loud crashing sound! The car is ok but it is stuck inside the garage." We took my daughter one of our cars so she could get the kids to day care and go to work and called Precision first thing this morning. Eric called ahead so we could meet him at her house just as he said he would. The door was fixed in no time, good as new.
