I was very pleased with your company. My garage door and opener was 23 years old. In the 10 years I’ve lived in my house, I had several repairs to my door and opener by a competitor of yours. They were slow to respond and “grouchy” to work with. This last incident with my door, we called them again. They didn’t answer the phone so we called Precision late in the afternoon. Your technician responded that day, got my door back on the rails and ordered me a replacement in a friendly, professional and personal manner. Two days later, my new door was installed by two other technicians, who again friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend your company.

Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. It works better now and I'm glad they was honest with me. Thanks to Carrie for sending such an outstanding guy. Ben and Matt showed such professionalism and represented Precision really well.
