Rick Scheiderer is an excellent certified technician! Rick has come several times concerning my garage door and has been professional, friendly, and informative. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he could do to fix the problem. He also gave helpful information when I asked the price of a new garage door. He also noticed that a light needed replacement in the motor unit and replaced it for me. This time when I made the appointment, I told the appointment employee that I only wanted Rick because of his expertise. I would definitely rate Rick all 5"s!!

Came in a timely fashion based on estimate given.(Door spring broke) Tech (Rick S.) was very nice and very competent, very conscientious and thorough in his assessment of the problem and making the repair needed. Assessed other doors while here. Also appreciated his knowledge base about the company's history. Answered any questions I had. Would definitely use again or recommend to others.

Rick came to my house because the chain came off the track and the door was inoperable. I had a service person come last February to check on the operation of the door because of excessive noise and a jerky movement of the chain. At that time, the service person who came only tightened the chain, against my husbands opinion that he thought that some of the parts probably needed to be changed out for new ones. When Rick came yesterday he confirmed that indeed those parts needed to be replaced. He explained that the person who came in February was new and less experienced. So Rick replaced the parts and as we had paid $130 for the first visit he did not charge us a penny for the most current repair! We would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Door.

Several mechanical components of my garage door opener were broken, the chain had jumped out of the rail and was lose. The Precision mechanic came right on time, fixed the parts he could fix and secured the door with a bolt. He ordered the missing part and mounted it a few days later. Perfect service!
