This is the second time I have needed a repair of my garage, and both times I was extremely pleased with the service. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and prompt, and were able to explain what had to be done. The cost seemed reasonable. I had used Precision before (in 2008) and found them to be very professional and courteous. The technician was very, very nice. My appointment was for between 4-6pm. At 4pm the dispatcher called to let me know that it would be closer to 6pm before he could get there. I really appreciated them keeping me posted. Rick was very effecient and explained everything he did clearly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My door hasn't opened this quiet since I have lived here (21yrs).

Rick arrived early, completed the repair and did extra maintenance on the door such as lubrication, reattaching a loose bolt and repositioning two bolts that were causing some wear on the door. Cost was very reasonable for the work done.

I chose Precision because they advertised same day service. My garage door needed to be repaired ASAP. The spring broke with the garage door in the the down position. My vehicle was trapped inside. The service tech arrived earlier than scheduled and the service was excellent.

I got your number from the yellow pages after another company I had called did not show up, and I am so glad they didn't. The tech examined my door and pointed out what repairs were needed. Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.

I called about my problem mid-morning on Friday and was given an appointment window on the next day, a Saturday. Rick arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem quickly and performed some other maintenance work that probably will prevent some future problems. I can highly recommend these folks.
