Oh, my goodness. Precision Door is great! They have done two things for us. Both time they came on time, did a superb job at the visit without having to come back. Everything works great. The service people are very polite and skilled. They clean up when they leave. One time they replaced an inferior noisy opener installed by builder with a quieter belt driven opener. Second time they installed a superior set of rollers and springs when called to replace broken springs. Could not be better. Highly recommend.

We discovered a broken spring on our garage door on Saturday at 2 pm. Precision had someone come out at 6 pm! During a heavy downpour! The technician arrived on time, explained the service, gave us options and was done quickly. The service from Precision was certainly 5 star.

After installing a new motor ourselves we actually called to program new remotes which we could not get to work. We had a garage door that was buckling all of a sudden and precision door sent someone out to our home on the same day as the problem occurred! All I can say is that, they are great at what they do. Their rates were way better than I thought, and I had no problem with dishing out money to pay them. After speaking to other companies that did the same work, Precisions rates were way lower. I'm glad my wife found them, or I would have had to pay at least $300-$400 more than I should of to someone else..

Five stars! Professional, timely, accommodating, fast, and reasonably priced. Program my car to the garage, provided a new garage remote, repaired the old remote, and service the garage. Additionally recommended needed service, and provided a 90 day warrenty for service provided. Would definitely recommend!

Garage door spring was broken. Did a google search and found Precision Door. The set appt for 6:00 pm and tech was here before me!! Great service. Very nice and quick. TC was scheduled to arrive between 4:00-6:00pm, but actually called early to say he could arrive sooner if I wanted him to (which was great).
