Rick was very professional. Explained what the problem was and was needed to be done to correct it and also explained what happens with the torsion springs and the expectations of the new springs being installed. After the work was done, he ran the door a couple of times so that we could see the repair had been completed and working in proper order. The techicain did good work but when i call they didn't not disclose there would be a service charge or I would have shop around somewhere else first. I don't like to be surprise by unwanted charges.

Thanks to Eric Kee for the fine job repair of my garage door. He realigned the rail frame. reinserted a door roller, adjusted the opposite roller with a spacer, and tightened the door release handle. I had backed into what I thought was an open door but the door had stopped one panel short of completely opening. Eric was able to straighten the door panel and secure the bottom weather stripping. All in all an excellent and professional repair. Thank you very much

After attempting my own DIY fixes for a garage door not wanting to stay shut, which eventually led to it being really stuck shut, I contacted Precision. While I wasn't here when the tech came out to work on it, my wife said he diagnosed the problem (drive gear on the motor was wobbly due to rollers and other things causing an excessive load on it)and fixed it all within about an hours time. He offered to replace the standard rollers with 11-ball-bearing nylon(?) rollers for $160 or $165. Hey, as I mentioned before, I'm a DIYer. There are some things where the thought, "I can't do that" never enters my mind. But if you're not into that realm of action, then the price would be good for you. Hey, if you need garage door repairs, call these folk. They "know" what they're doing. My name's Michael Wicinski and I approve of this message.

What can I say? I woke up and went to open my garage door, when as luck would have it, the spring broke in two and the door wouldn't go up. Here we are on a weekend, and I won't be able to find anyone to fix my problem. I hopped on the internet and found Precision Door. I called and they were at the house in an hour. Very professional service. In and out in 40 minutes or so. The price was reasonable, and the response was worth every penny. When I am ready for a new door, I know where I am going !!! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Thursday morning around 8:45am. The lady said she could have someone out between 9:00am & 11:00am, the same day! I was pleasantly surprised. At 9:30am, Eric arrived and began repairing our garage door springs. Eric was professional, thorough, and friendly. He had our door back in smooth working order, in a little more than one hour. Cost was 477.00, which included two new springs, and all new track rollers. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for being one of the few companies, that prides itself on excellent customer service.

Way too expensive. Pricing is deceiving: labor was just $69 but sure too much was made on the $434 in parts. I wanted a better estimate on the phone. Once tech got here, I was locked into the $69 service fee and so couldn't get a second opinion. A neighbor recommended you but I won't.

They arrived on time, told me what the problem was and the cost to fix it. They also accepted the coupon that I printed from Angie's list. They told me that the torsion springs they used should last 3x longer than the ones I had. The ones they replaced lasted 8 years, so I hope I do get 24 years out of these new ones.
