Fantastic service! In less than 24 hours after calling in our problem, Precision Door Service had a service tech at my home and had my problem fixed. Michael immediately identified the problem with our safety sensors (wiring that had become damaged) and fixed that. We had accidentally erased the programming while trying to figure out what was wrong with the opener, and he reset all the remote openers while he was here. Fast, efficient, and polite.

Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved. Precision Doors sent a message to my phone with Scott's picture, plus an email, and Scott called as well saying when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional service.
