Would have had them do more but tech didn't like the brand opener I had purchased so I just had them repair the spring. Will install opener myself. Work completed was done well, efficiently and professionally.

I looked up garage door repair on internet and Precision had the best site. Then I found out my brother and son in law had used you and were very pleased. Jason, the repair man, came early and did the work...he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did an excellent job! I recommend Precision and Jason to everyone with garage door problems!!

I had a coupon that came in the ValPack mail. I had used Precision on a previous occasion and was satisfied at that time that Precision immediately to mind to do the repair. Jason was very polite and certainly knew what he was doing. He immediatly started the repair process and completed the work in approximately 30 minutes. Definitely an asset to Precision.

My technician, Michael Falberg, was outstanding! I could not have asked for a higher quality repair or outstanding level of care and customer service! He was courteous, safe, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything, in detail. He surveyed the damage, made recommendations while explaining the “why” behind them. Once he was done, he demonstrated the performance of the repairs he suggested. No up-sell, no pressure, no BS. What a great experience. Well done Michael!

Great service! I called about my garage door problem about 8:30am and got a repair time between noon and 2pm. The technician called and asked to come early as he was in the area. My garage door was fixed by 10am. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

I absolutely recommend calling Precision for your garage needs. When I called, they quickly had a tech out the next day, Michael, who was able to easily identify the problem and provide several solutions to fix it. Ultimately I decided to go with a new garage door motor and track rail. Michael took care of everything and was back out to install it by the end of the week. In about an hour, everything was up and running and I love my new opener. It’s so quiet and smooth compared to the previous original 20+ yr old motor. And the price was very in line to other competitors but I felt like Precision would do the job right the first time and at the best value. They haven’t let me down yet and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a some help with a garage door!

Aaron arrived early and explained what all needed to be repaired. He was polite to my parents and provided excellent service. Technician, Logan, was here and finished prior to the scheduled appointment time. It did not take him long to determine the cause of the noise when door opening and closing. He corrected the problem and left, No Charge. He had on a Uniform shirt with his name and company logo. In this day and time, that is appreciated. We love doing business with this company as their prices are good and you can get them out pretty quickly for any service needed.

Technician replaced the wall buttons that controlled the doors. He identified the problem on the first visit, ordered the parts, came back when he said he would and quickly made the repair. He went a step further when one of the doors still didn't work right and found a second problem in the wiring by one of the electric eyes. Great, friendly, and timely service.
