Technician, Logan, was here and finished prior to the scheduled appointment time. It did not take him long to determine the cause of the noise when door opening and closing. He corrected the problem and left, No Charge. He had on a Uniform shirt with his name and company logo. In this day and time, that is appreciated. We love doing business with this company as their prices are good and you can get them out pretty quickly for any service needed.

Technician replaced the wall buttons that controlled the doors. He identified the problem on the first visit, ordered the parts, came back when he said he would and quickly made the repair. He went a step further when one of the doors still didn't work right and found a second problem in the wiring by one of the electric eyes. Great, friendly, and timely service.

I had service scheduled to replace door springs for 6:00 to 8:00 on same day I called Precision Door.The technician Aaron called and said he come make it early,he arrived at 4:45 and had completed the job by 5:15.He was very professional and courteous.He did an excellent job.I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to them. Good job!

Prompt arrival for appointment, and thorough assessment of condition of existing equipment. Replaced old. Garage door opener a new ‘battery back up’ belt drive model; was professional, quick, thorough and clean. All remotes were programmed and operation of the unit explained including warranties. Very happy with the service, especially the technician!

Jason just replaced a broken spring. We had bought the lifetime warranty when we replaced our door11 years ago. Jason added some missing screws on the door hinges and did a great replacing the springs at no charge. Great service!

Our old Lift Master finally gave out. Found Precision on the Internet, gave'em a call and next day Ben came out. He took a look to see if he could fix the Lift Master but being so old, to replace all the parts it needed it just made since to install a new opener. Ben was on time, real nice, explained everything in detail, made the install and was very through in his paper work. Precision has great customer service and I'd recommend them if you need garage door service. A+ service!!

I love working with Precision door. They have come to my home a couple of times. Once to install a super quiet garage door opener (I couldn't believe how quiet it was) I had to look behind me cause I couldn't hear it closing! Aaron was my tech then so today when I realized it was time for a new door, I asked to have Aaron come out again. My door fell apart last night and we could not close it all the way. I called, they came, SAME DAY! Quoted me really reasonable prices on both insulated and non insulated doors and understood that we wanted to discuss which we would decide on. Without for sure knowing which door we would choose, they went ahead and gave us a spot on the schedule for installation anyway so we wouldn't have to wait more than a few days, in the meantime, Aaron restored our existing busted door to a state that we can use it to secure our home while we wait for our new door installation on Tuesday. There was no charge since we are replacing the door with them. Love these guys! They know what customer service really means!
