Outstanding service! Bob, manager, is a superb customer service oriented individual and is more than helpful; he makes interaction with Precision a pleasure. Wes, the visiting technician, demonstrated the same dedication to service as the office manager, Bob. Moreover, he was thoroughly knowledgeable and readily answered any question. Remarkably, he completed changing both door springs, balancing the door and lubricating the hinges/rollers in less than 30 minutes! We were in a position of nonuse without assistance, Precision made the effort and repaired the difficulty same day.... They have earned my respect and future business ... rate them 5 Stars. Rick, the technician did an outstanding job - solo - putting the door in and was very personable. Also did it around our schedule at 7-9 at night. My only complaint was that my Sat. AM 10 appt was canceled at 11:30 that AM due to your being over extended. That being said I would use Precision again, but hope will have no need for years to come.

I googled up Precision Door at 8:00 am in hopes of finding a repair service for by broken garage door spring. I called the local number on website and actually spoke to a human being and not a recording. The young lady was polite and professional. I secure a same day appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. At 9:00 am I received a call from one of Precision's technician stating he was in the area and could come by early if OK. End result he arrived shortly after 9:00 am and replaced both Springs and departed before 10:30 am. Very professional and knowledgeable man. This is 5 STAR service without a doubt.

I called at 6:30 AM and was greeted by a friendly lady who quickly set up an appointment for 4 PM to repair my broken spring. Nate called about 3 PM asking if it would be ok if he came early - that has never happened with the cable guy! Our door is 22 years old and has always been noisy so I was prepared to buy a new door and even spoke with a gentlemen from the Memphis office about it. He told me Nate would be happy to help me with this. When Nate arrived he told me the office had told him I was interested in a new door. When I explained the reason (noisy door), he told me the problem was not the door. In fact the door was in great shape, but it was the opener and the metal rollers causing the noise. After a brief discussion we decided a new opener and new rollers were the way to go. Nate also noticed the cables were fraying so he replaced them as well. Two and a half hours after arriving the spring was replaced, the rollers and cables were replaced and a brand new Lift Master Opener was lifting the door. Nate even offered to program the car to the opener - I told him I could do that. Great Job to Nate and to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Called to get an appt for an estimate of our broken garage door. Service tech couldn't arrive until between 6-8pm, I took the appt thinking it'd be for an estimate. The tech arrived on time as promised and called beforehand. I couldn't believe he said he could fix my garage that same night! He did NOT try to sell me any items not needed. He explained everything and gave us 3 different options with quotes to fix our door. He was polite and answered all my questions. The service he provided was excellent. I'm so happy with our new motor and the way my garage door sounds. It has NEVER run or sounded as smooth as it does now. Not even when it was new. Thank you! Will be a return customer.....hopefully not soon though. Thank you.
