Ad in yellow pages had a professional look to it. Operator was very thorough and helpful when I called and found a time around our schedule. Our garage door torsion spring broke and trapped our SUV inside. The technician recommended going to 2 springs since the door was so wide. Now it operates better then new, very quiet and smooth going up or down. The tech noticed a couple of hinges going bad and replaced them as well. I give them the best rating of 5. Nice e-mails too. Definitely recommend.

My Garage door wouldnt open all the way. Brandon came out to take a look and assess the issue. He was very professional and nice. He determined that nothing was wrong, but rather the rollers needed a little grease. He greased them and went on his way. The honesty and integrity of this company was easy to see, as they could have told me anything. Thanks for the service and honesty Brandon

The safety eyes had to be replaced. There was nothing on the service preformed or purchase a new product to mark for replacing safety eyes. Was very pleased with the service technician & the job he did. This is the second time I have used Precision Door service & pleased both times. Only I forgot to ask if he could of replaced the bottom door seal. But that's my mistake, not his. First time I had to have one of the door springs replaced.

Panicked when I realized I had backed into my garage door and knocked it off the track. Frustrated because it wasn't the first time this had happened. Precision made it all better! They responded to my call, had Eric out in less than two hours, repaired not only the damage I did but made improvements to both my garage doors to ensure this wouldn't happen again.
