The safety eyes had to be replaced. There was nothing on the service preformed or purchase a new product to mark for replacing safety eyes. Was very pleased with the service technician & the job he did. This is the second time I have used Precision Door service & pleased both times. Only I forgot to ask if he could of replaced the bottom door seal. But that's my mistake, not his. First time I had to have one of the door springs replaced.

Probably the best service call I've ever had. I received an email confirmation when I scheduled my appt and the rmail included the name and picture of the technician scheduled to handle my service call, way cool. Rick Scheiderer showed up exactly as promised, diagnosed my issue immediately (and it was a weird thing that was the problem), made the fix and was gone.
