Excellent service in a timely manner. Michael Falberg, the technician, was most courteous and professional. I thought the cable had broken on the door but Michael showed me that it wasn't. He also described how the springs were weak and wouuld eventially need to be replaced. Had him replace the springs while he was there. Also got an estimate for the top panel for the door since it is slightly bent and the support is bent. Will have that replaced at a later date. Thanks for showing this to me and thanks for you having a technician like Michael.

Just had the garage door fixed today. Simple fix. Broken spring. Have fixed it myself in the past, but didn't have time now. Called 8am Sat morning. Got to my house at noon. Very friendly. Fixed in 30 min. I would only deduct one star because I'm aware of what the springs cost wholesale.

Michael conducted a comprehensive inspection of the mechanisms associated with the door's operation. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased the lifetime package. A spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately spoke with a representative who scheduled a repair for the next morning. As promised, the technician called before coming, arrived when he said he would, and replaced the spring and its counterpart on the other side of the door in about half an hour. I had downloaded a $25 discount coupon from the company's website, which was applied to the invoice. The price was reasonable and the repair was timely and complete.

Very Efficient and professional Company. Our Technician Robert was courteous and ver knowledgable.The cost for repair was more than reasonable considering it was an Emergency call on Saturday. The last time I had a Garage Door Company come out to repair my Garage door it cost me 250.00 for 15 minutes of repairs! But what really made me mad was the fact that the technician broke the emergency release mechanism and said he didn't have that part and it would have to be ordered! Needless to say, I was furious. and my door still wasn't fixed. I choose Precision Door Service mainly for their hours!! I had called another door service and they only worked 8 - 5...M - F.. and on Sat IF a technician "voluntarily" choose to work! I have a full time job and they just were not willing to bend to accommodate me...I called Precision because my remotes would not open the door even thought they had new batteries. Turns out battery just was not making contact...simple fix for Brandon...while he was here he serviced my door. Excellent service and job well done! He was on time and got right to it!
