Setting up service call was simple and I was impressed with how quickly the appointment was confirmed by e-mail even a picture of the technician. Rick was on time and very professional and personable. Rick did a thorough analysis and then explained exactly what he was doing and why. I have a high quality opener and door but they are 15 years old. Rick solved my problem at a very reasonable cost and gave me another few years I am sure! I will never call any other company but Precision.

I had the Precision advertising mailer but what's convincing me to select Precision was good rating on Angie's list and I was also impressed with your website, that how information was presented and laid out. And the fact that you have live person to answer the calls at night really stands out. The scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke to did not try to over complicate the price quote, to which I really appreciate. The technician, Wes, was very nice and easy to work with. He's very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. He's very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I am a repeat customer and a very satisfied one. Appointments are easy to make and the technician shows up "right on time" if not early. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. A great company to put on your list and keep it there for all your garage door needs/repairs/replacements. They have replace a broken spring and also my controller for my garage door to aid in additional security.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Michael Falberg, the technician, was most courteous and professional. I thought the cable had broken on the door but Michael showed me that it wasn't. He also described how the springs were weak and wouuld eventially need to be replaced. Had him replace the springs while he was there. Also got an estimate for the top panel for the door since it is slightly bent and the support is bent. Will have that replaced at a later date. Thanks for showing this to me and thanks for you having a technician like Michael.

Just had the garage door fixed today. Simple fix. Broken spring. Have fixed it myself in the past, but didn't have time now. Called 8am Sat morning. Got to my house at noon. Very friendly. Fixed in 30 min. I would only deduct one star because I'm aware of what the springs cost wholesale.

Michael conducted a comprehensive inspection of the mechanisms associated with the door's operation. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased the lifetime package. A spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately spoke with a representative who scheduled a repair for the next morning. As promised, the technician called before coming, arrived when he said he would, and replaced the spring and its counterpart on the other side of the door in about half an hour. I had downloaded a $25 discount coupon from the company's website, which was applied to the invoice. The price was reasonable and the repair was timely and complete.

Very Efficient and professional Company. Our Technician Robert was courteous and ver knowledgable.The cost for repair was more than reasonable considering it was an Emergency call on Saturday. The last time I had a Garage Door Company come out to repair my Garage door it cost me 250.00 for 15 minutes of repairs! But what really made me mad was the fact that the technician broke the emergency release mechanism and said he didn't have that part and it would have to be ordered! Needless to say, I was furious. and my door still wasn't fixed. But Robert had the upgraded parts I needed and he inspected and adjusted my door PERFECTLY!Of course Im giving Precision Door a A+ rating. Now thats how you treat a customer!
