Dillon KIrby installed a new motor and sensors on our garage door over two and a half years ago. When he came out today to fix the problem that the door would not lower properly, he quickly saw that a wire from the original installation has worked loose. Even though the door is no longer under warranty, he secured the wire and declined to charge for the service call. I was very impressed by his honesty and willingness to acknowledge the source of the problem. You have a stellar employee!

This company was so easy to deal with. Easy to schedule the appointment, they called ahead since they could come earlier the gentleman replaced the spring and also offered a lifetime warranty on ALL door parts for the future and at a fair price. Now if they could find the plastic light cover to the opener would be great since they no longer make this opener.
