These guys have installed a new opener for me in recent years. They have also completed a couple of service calls since. They are always professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for garage door service.

We will never go anywhere else for our electric gates needs!! Blake was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, determined, POLITE technician at my home. I had called our long time gate service company first and they came out and said they couldn’t fix it (didn’t even examine it) and said we would need to buy a whole new set up to the tune of $5000. I knew it could be repaired and Blake didn’t give up until he found the problem. Fixed for less than 5% of the quoted replacement. QUALITY SERVICE! You should give him a raise!!! Thanks Precision Door for quality service!

Mr. Kirby is very professional, polite, serious about his craft, and most importantly, swift at resolving the issue. Customer service is a lost art in todays world, but not by Mr. Kirby’s standards. Service has been phenomenal over the years, for each request (install, repair, or update). Keep up the great work. -Thank You

Jason was early to my house. He evaluated my needs, then he made several suggestions to fix the issues I had. He also cleaned my garage door springs quickly to ensure it worked properly. Fabulous customer service when most companies lack it.

I messed up my garage door by parking too close to it and causing it to get off track. That happened on a Wednesday morning, I called Thursday morning to schedule an appointment and was able to get it repaired the same day. My technician was Casey, he called and informed me that he could come earlier than the allotted time, he was polite and it didn’t take him long at all. I will definitely be using Precision again! (hopefully not for a while though)

Working with Precision is easy. They are efficient and follow through with the plan we set up. They also give ample notice of when the technician will arrive and then he calls when he's on the way. Dillon has been our technician for several years and he has kept an old garage door working well. He knows the business well and explains the diagnosis and the fix clearly. I would recommend Precision to anyone who owns a home with a garage!

These guys are great at what they do. They seem like good ole' boys, trustworthy, dependable, honest. I took a chance with Precision, not knowing anything about them, no references to rely on. I just found them on the internet and looked at the doors, made the call. They called with advance notice before arriving. I was impressed that they sent friendly, upper class character to my house, did their measurements and placed the order. After a few weeks they contacted me for an installation appointment. They did the job without any problems and I felt lucky because the door is so smooth and quiet, non typical. It's rare for me to be this satisfied with a service because there's so much incompetence out there. I was so pleased I ordered another one for the smaller part of my garage. The quality and service was identical. I will eventually order one more for an internal door. Yes I was lucky I chose Precision Door Service. You'll feel that way too.
