We had prompt service(in fact a little early). Dillon did a super job. Analyzed the problem and immediately went to work. Replaced the two springs and had the garage door working in no time. We asked for a new bottom seal and he had one on his truck and replaced the old seal. Great job! Dillon was very professional and friendly. If we have garage door problems in the future, we will ask for Dillon to come.

Our garage door had issues that needed addressed. Called your business, and had a technician scheduled to come out. Scott Panaia arrived and I briefed him on the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable on garage doors, and found the issue and was corrected in less than an hour. He also educated me in why and how the system was down. Then went on to say what needed to be done, and finally the price. Represented your business in a truly professional manner. If he’s a sample of your workforce, we will without a doubt be repeat customer if needed in the future. Want it done right ? It’s simple, call Precision you won’t be disappointed.

I live in east Memphis. Dillon Kirby was the technician who serviced my garage door twice recently. He is most professional, knowledgable, efficient, and gentlemanly. He replaced two springs on my garage door and later the garage door motor. He also programmed the remote in my car. I will ask for Dillon every time my garage door needs servicing or replacement.

Garage door would not open and could not even be lifted. Technician apologized for being an hour late for the last job of his long day. He had called ahead to keep me updated. Although he was going to be very late getting home, he cheerfully got to work and immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring that was “only” 30 years old). Replaced it quickly and re-set the power unit. Very satisfied with his attitude and professionalism. Thank you.

I had a repair that another company couldn’t fix properly. Chris Hisaw arrived on time and, after an inspection of the problem , knew just how to fix it. He explained what was needed and got right to work. He made sure that the door was properly adjusted, after the repair. Now the garage door works better than it has in months. Chis is a true professional. If I need another repair in the future, I will definitely call Precision again.

The first point of contact, the young lady that arranged the appointment for my garage door repair, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating, I could see her smile on the through the phone. I was impressed with Scott and his knowledge of all aspects of garage doors systems. He explained different scenarios of what might have been the problem and fixed it promptly. Scott has a pleasant personality, good spirit and a keen sense of knowledge of his vocation. Scott has such a kind and genuine spirit that it exudes with his desire to satisfy his customers. I am/was very pleased with my service call with Scott. He is certainly a keeper.
