We had prompt service(in fact a little early). Dillon did a super job. Analyzed the problem and immediately went to work. Replaced the two springs and had the garage door working in no time. We asked for a new bottom seal and he had one on his truck and replaced the old seal. Great job! Dillon was very professional and friendly. If we have garage door problems in the future, we will ask for Dillon to come.

He replaced two springs on my garage door and later the garage door motor. He also programmed the remote in my car. I will ask for Dillon every time my garage door needs servicing or replacement.

Garage door would not open and could not even be lifted. Technician apologized for being an hour late for the last job of his long day. He had called ahead to keep me updated. Although he was going to be very late getting home, he cheerfully got to work and immediately diagnosed the problem (broken spring that was “only” 30 years old). Replaced it quickly and re-set the power unit. Very satisfied with his attitude and professionalism. Thank you.
