They did a great job of installing my garage door motor almost 2 years ago, so when the keyless entry pad quit working I called for someone to come check it out. They were very responsive & came the same day. They are always very friendly & professional. Will continue to use them as needed.

Very pleased with service. Serviceman Roger was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Lock was broken on garage door and was not replaceable. Roger was able to install a safe lock for the door with no issues. Will definitely use Precision if needed again!

Hello PDS Thanks for everything that you do as a service provider! Our cable popped on our garage & this is during the time we're dealing with snow & ice. I literally called & messaged on Facebook several companies & couldn't get anyone to come out, one company even said they will send someone out in two hours & never showed. Ironically a good friend of mine called & said he was having some issues with his garage & recommended PDS & I called & it was the best call I made. Shane arrived right on time, was very courteous, & after I decided what I wanted, went right to work. Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end. Very efficient & job well done. Sounds like a new door again! I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Jason the technician performed an excellent job. He explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the garage door quickly on a Saturday night at approximately 6:57 pm.
