The cables on my garage door came off track on Sunday and I called Precision because of their BBB rating. The only reason they didn't come the next day was because of MY schedule! Rick was here bright and early Tuesday. He restrung the cable and then serviced the door to make it run smoother and quieter. Thanks for good customer service and technical expertise.

There was no actual garage door repair work performed. Through Angie's List , I simply purchase a Garage Door Tuneup special (lubrication and rollers replacements). The serviceman, Mr. Michael, showed up on time as promised and very professional and informative with the work order. I appreciate Precision Doors Business and would reccomend their services.

I have used Precision Door for years. Purchased a door at my last home and installation and service from Eric were great. Purchased a home in Harbor Town in Downtown Memphis and needed some new remote controls and outdoor key pad. Eric (as always) did a great job, on time and the work went quickly because Eric knows what he is doing.

We purchased our garage door opener from Precision I think it 2008. This is only the 2nd time we have needed it to be checked out. Both times it was a problem caused by the weather.
