I am a new customer to Precision. I called for a service appointment around 8:15 AM, they set the appointment for between 10-12 that same day, Rick, the technician, called me about 9:30 to say he would be at my house in around 20 minutes, and he was! He was very professional, and completed the servicing, fixing my problem, and taking care of a few other minor issues very quickly. I will definitely use Precision again.

Our garage door came off the tracks early Saturday evening. I called and a technician came out within about two hours and repaired the door with no problems. I also was provided an estimate for additional repairs, but no pressure to purchase. The technician was competent and friendly.

I called Precision on Saturday morning to repair a garage door that was off its track. They arrived by 1 PM (slightly ahead of their projected time) and quickly repaired the door. "Help! Dad, I pulled my car in the garage, put the door down, took the kids in the house and we heard a loud crashing sound! The car is ok but it is stuck inside the garage." We took my daughter one of our cars so she could get the kids to day care and go to work and called Precision first thing this morning. Eric called ahead so we could meet him at her house just as he said he would. The door was fixed in no time, good as new. Service communication is always as welcome as the service itself and Precision rates a 5 on both. Thanks Precision and Eric.

Our garage door spring broke on the Friday before a holiday weekend (of course!) and I called Precision based on the great online reviews. It was very late in the afternoon and they came out at EXACTLY the time they said. The technician was personable, quick and seemed very knowlegeable. There was no actual garage door repair work performed. Through Angie's List , I simply purchase a Garage Door Tuneup special (lubrication and rollers replacements).
