Roger was so thorough when explaining to me why my garage door opener stopped working. It was the spring that broke and had to be replaced. He went over the quote in detail. I am so glad I chose Precision Door Service of Memphis to replace the garage door weather stripping along the bottom of the door. They replaced and fixed my door springs. The only problem I had was that they did not call me to tell me that they were on their way to my house on the days they were coming. Also the tech was not to friendly when I tried to engage with him. To sum up my experience with Precision is that they fixed my garage door and I am happy. I'd originally reached out to the guy whose name is on most of the garage doors out here in Oakland. Let's just say that his 'behavior and mannerisms' are poor taste. So, when I connected with Precision Door for the same issue, they responded so professionally and quickly by sending a rep out the very next day. He was not only prompt but immediately resolved it in 5 minutes where 'the other guy' stalled me for an entire week. Honestly, I've dealt with Precision Door years ago but with moving I wasn't sure if they'd come this far out. I'm so grateful and thank they did. I was impressed with the service. I went out online to find someone to replace the chain on my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had a website that allowed me to schedule an appointment online. I was hoping they would be able to fix it today and was surprised that they could. I later talked to my son who is a real estate broker and he said they were the best in town. I was impressed when the technician called and told me he was on the way. I then received a text with his picture and that he was on his way. This included a little about him. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the price to fix it. He was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I just got lucky. Googled garage door problems, Precision popped up. Booked on line, door expert, Matt, showed up a little early, looked at the door, gave me an estimate , and fixed my door.
