Precision was great to work with! We were having trouble with our garage door closing (ended up being a sensor issue). We called on a Wednesday evening and they were at our house by Friday afternoon. Our technician Casey was very nice! He was able to fix our issue in under 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

One of my two garage door springs broke, and although I am big on Do-It-Yourself projects, I figured it would be better for me to hire an expert so they can evaluate by entire garage door system. I contacted Precision door company, and they sent me text message as well as email notifications for appointment reminders. Josh arrived on time and was all business minded as he immediately started inspecting my garaged door. Once the inspection was complete, he provided me with the basic repair option as well as a few options for upgrading parts for noise reduction and longevity of the garage door system He repaired and replaced parts same day and provided me with a good explanation of the work he accomplished. Garage door functions correctly and is much quieter than before. I recommend Josh and Precision Door Services.

Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .
