Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .

Great service from start to finish. Appointment scheduled quickly. Arrived on time. We were texted a photo of our technician so we knew who to expect. Jason Rodriguez, our technician was very, professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our garage door has NEVER operated as smoothly and quiet as it does now.
