This was my first experience needing any kind of garage door repair. Kevin Ellison came out and fixed my problem in a timely manner and explained everything once he was done. I’m very pleased with the service and will use you all again next time I need a garage door service

The technician was on time, called before he came, very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. The representatives who took my calls before I made my appointment were easy to speak with and kind. To me this is very important because customer service is not easy to find anymore. I chose to call Precision because of their times of availability and the reviews. I give a rating of 5. The service performed was placing the faulty sensors. My garage door is now working properly.

HAD A BROKEN SPRING...AFTER INSPECTIONS, I NEEDED TO ALSO REPLACE THE END BRACKET WITH THE BEARINGS AND NEW ROLLERS...BEN WHITE HAD ANOTHER TECH WITH HIM AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB..I THINK THE DOOR IS IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEN AND PRECISION DOOR. THANKS....

We chose Precision Garage Doors after reviewing several web sites. Information on the site helped us make our selection. Our technician was Ben. He called when in route, arrived on time (or better) and was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining our problem and the various solutions available and the overall benefits of the garage doors used by Precision. He answered all of our questions and help us make our choice. Our installation was done by Luke and Tim. Again we were called before they arrived and gave us a time estimate for installation. Once the installation was completed Luke explained again the benefits from our previous door and also how we should maintain. Installation was timely and both young men were courteous and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others. Thanks.

I called because our garage door was off track and a couple of the bolts had fallen out and were loose. Aaron arrived and was very professional and super friendly! My 3 children were at home with me and Aaron engaged in conversation with them as well. He was able to fix our door quickly, explained what he did, and even helped with our keypad for our garage entrance. We will tell all our friends about this service! Thank you so much!

Ben called to verify it would be ok for him to arrive early for the appointment. He reviewed the different options available prior to starting the work. Ben was very professional and customer service was a priority. Ben did not consider the repairs complete until he had cleaned the work area and tested the door for proper operation. Precision has done a great job again. This is the second time I have had them perform work for me. They fixed my garage door spring two years ago. Today May 2nd, they fixed my gear and sprocket chain drive. The guys were fast and efficient. They explained to me what the possible causes were and what it would take to fix it. The same technician Erik along with a trainee came out and took care of the problem quickly. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They have done a great job both times. Thank you!
