Tech arrived on time, evaluated the condition of my door made recommendations explained all three. Quickly finished the job, cleaned up, oiled and checked the door. Overall very professional and competent. Replaced springs, bearings, and rollers.

I am very pleased with the service I received! I called on Sunday morning because I couldn't get my garage door to go down. I was told the tech would be there between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.on Monday and he arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m.!!! Although it was actually user error that was causing the door not to go down completely....Branden didn't make me feel like an idiot!! I would definitely use Precision again!

Your professional website drew my attention in comparison to other companies. The helpfulness of your customer service center really impressed me. I was glad to hear of the special waiving of the service fee due to the work that needed to be done. The technician Nate was prompt, professional, and polite as well as quick and knowledgeable of the work. He really did a good job. I was also impressed with how thorough you are with satpfety factors such as letting a customer know exactly who would be coming to do the work. I will recommend your company to others.

Purchased the $99 tune-up on Angies List. Brandon showed up on time and showed me an opportunity with my existing door spring, which was very loud. I purchased new springs and Brandon installed them quickly - he also fixed my opener for me! Very professional - I will use again when needed! Thanks!
