I was impressed with the service. I went out online to find someone to replace the chain on my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had a website that allowed me to schedule an appointment online. I was hoping they would be able to fix it today and was surprised that they could. I later talked to my son who is a real estate broker and he said they were the best in town. I was impressed when the technician called and told me he was on the way. I then received a text with his picture and that he was on his way. This included a little about him. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the price to fix it. He was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your garage door repairs.

Expectations highly met. I needed a new motor for my garage because the old one wasn't responding well to remote signals. I just got lucky. Googled garage door problems, Precision popped up. Booked on line, door expert, Matt, showed up a little early, looked at the door, gave me an estimate , and fixed my door. Precision was great to work with! We were having trouble with our garage door closing (ended up being a sensor issue). We called on a Wednesday evening and they were at our house by Friday afternoon. One of my two garage door springs broke, and although I am big on Do-It-Yourself projects, I figured it would be better for me to hire an expert so they can evaluate by entire garage door system. I contacted Precision door company, and they sent me text message as well as email notifications for appointment reminders. Josh arrived on time and was all business minded as he immediately started inspecting my garaged door. Once the inspection was complete, he provided me with the basic repair option as well as a few options for upgrading parts for noise reduction and longevity of the garage door system He repaired and replaced parts same day and provided me with a good explanation of the work he accomplished. Garage door functions correctly and is much quieter than before. I recommend Josh and Precision Door Services.

we had an emergency with the 10x8 ft door on our garage shop. the spring broke and all vehicles were inside so we had no transportation. we saw an ad on television early morning, called the number. the answering service was very professional, scheduled a technician for that afternoon between 2 - 4:oopm. technician came promptly at 2:00 pm and successfully replaced the spring on our door and repaired the second door in the same shop area. we are so grateful for this quick service.
