Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .

I had requested Technician Jason Rodriguez by name to come service my garage doors because he had worked here before and impressed me with his technical skills, work efficiency, and pleasant personality. Jason did not disappoint. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and quickly installed a keypad opener, programmed two clickers, and troubleshot one of my opener head units. He also lubed all three doors and openers, and provided me with a tutorial on operating and maintaining my doors. Money well spent! Thanks, Jason! Thanks, Precision!

5 stars! Jason was early for his appointment, which was great. I had him install and program 2 new keypads for the attached garages and also had him program an existing keypad for the detached 2 car garage. He knew his stuff, and was able to get all of the keypads operating, and explained to me how they operated. Very pleased! BTW: Jason wore PPE and maintained social distancing - just thought you would want to know...
