You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.

Some one came a looked at building and I thought all was good. He called back later and said his manager needed to look at it. Set it up for the next day. Waited an hour and a half - no show, no call. I finally got someone to answer phone and was told they did not know what happened. Have heard nothing else. I left work early one day to meet one of you and was late another day to meet again. No call, no quote - not sure if this is what is to be expected.

Residential Technicians: Matt McNatt
Way too expensive. Pricing is deceiving: labor was just $69 but sure too much was made on the $434 in parts. I wanted a better estimate on the phone. Once tech got here, I was locked into the $69 service fee and so couldn't get a second opinion. A neighbor recommended you but I won't.
