I used Precision Door Service for replacing a garage door. They were good. The price that they charged was competitive when compared to others. They did a fine job. A guy came out to get the work done. He was pretty straightforward and quick. He had knowledge about the product and also cleaned up after the work was done. We contacted your firm and others for an estimate and expected service date to remedy a problem we had with our automatic garage door. Naturally we were also concerned about home security since we were unable to close the garage door.We were not only pleased with your projected cost of installing a new Liftmaster unit but also impressed with the fact that your Company could do the work the very same day. We wanted you to be aware of the fine service performed by your representative, Mr. Jon Ketchum. He was professional and personable. Jon went directly to the task and completed the work in about an hour. We are extremely pleased with everything and, although we do not know Jon, we would not hesitate to recommend your company to others because of him and his work. As a former Bartlett city official, I know from experience that people are quick to complain about the work of an employee but rarely commend the good they do. My wife and I hope this commendation finds its way into Jon's work record with your compnay.
