Called for a garage door repair appointment early afternoon and was told promptly that a service person would be arriving between 4 to 6 pm the same day. We were called shortly after 4 pm notifying us someone would be at our house in the next 45 minutes as well receiving a text with a bio of the repair person. He was friendly and promptly diagnosed the problem. The necessary part was on the truck, was replaced and all was explained to my satisfaction. Very pleased and offer my high praise for outstanding service.

Great job of letting us know who was coming, allowing us to track them and letting us know when the technician arrived. Michael was very efficient. He let us know what the choices could be and since our door is an industrial door that he would pass it to his counterpart with industrial doors. He went out of his way to set it up so we could manually open the door until it could be replaced. Great service.

Jason is a very good communicator when explaining all options on service. I was given estimates on repairing or replacing the door before starting the work. I Decided to repair by installing brace / beam to the lower section of the door. Thanks
