John was awesome. Service was fast and extremely professional. I was off work today and called to get a quote on two broken overhead door springs. John arrived shortly , gave me a quote on repairs and said I can get started right away and have you up and running right away. Also, my garage door opener unit is old, John gave me a quote on the as well. I will be calling Precision and requesting John to take care of that job as well.

We were also the victims of the recent power outage that lasted 3 days for us. Once the power was restored, EVERYTHIING in our house worked EXCEPT the garage door opener lights. I called Precision becasue they were the ones that installed the opener. I have ALWAYS had EXCEPTIONAL sevice from them. Scott diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds. THE LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT! Little did I know that I should have checked them before calling Precision. Scott spent a total of 5 minutes at our house, and didn't charge us. Now that IS a true professional. His attitude was excellent and was what I totally expected. THANK YOU SCOTT AND PRECISION DOOR! I highly recommend them for your garage door needs. ONE GREAT COMAPNY

Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved. Precision Doors sent a message to my phone with Scott's picture, plus an email, and Scott called as well saying when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional service. I will be sure to call Precision Door again if problems with my garage doors. happen again.

My tech Michael was great very professional and quick. He called and told me what time and he was on time like clock work. He installed my keypad went over with me before he left.. Precision is great!!!! They provide a picture of my tech and his interest in hobbies.
