Aaron and his trainee called much earlier than expected and were able to come then and free our car. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Gave us several choices as to repairs. Chose one with new rollers, springs, and now sounds so quiet and opens and closes so easily. Our spring broke this morning about 6:15am and we thought something had exploded! I have been using the services of Precision Door for sometime and each time they have provided excellent service with very customer oriented employees who are reliable, courteous, and technically competent. This time was no exception; I called and the lady answering the phone set an appointment right away, then Matt came by and diagnosed the problem with my garage door and, as I suspected, he told me the belt needed replacement. He gave me the cost of the work on the spot and ordered the belt. He came the next day with a coworker and installed the belt, demonstrated by testing the door several times. They both had face masks and well protected against the virus. I am so comfortable working with and trusting these technicians that I do not even question the price estimates they give me (although this time I asked and received a senior discount:)). Called for service for a broken garage door spring. Got and immediate appointment for 6-8 PM. Then Aaron called to say he could come earlier. By 10:30 AM it was fixed. How great is that? I originally purchased a groupon for a tune up, but had issues with my opener and they fixed the issue and were able to provide me with an addition opener for my daughter. My opener quit working and a technician came back out free of charge, fixed it and explained what I needed to do if it happened again. Very please, will continue to use and will recommend to others.
