Rick came on a Monday to inspect and suggest what needed to be done to get my garage door functioning properly. It was decided that the motor needed to be replaced (the old motor was original to the house - 20 years old). Rick came to install the new motor on Tuesday night and successfully completed the job in no time flat!!! This was the best home service call we have had in our ten years living in Memphis. We called about a sheared coil in the morning, we were told that a technician would arrive between 2 and 4 p.m. Shortly after 2 p.m. our technician arrived. He assessed the repair, gave us an estimate of time to repair and answered all our questions. The repair was completed in the estimated time, including the 25 point safety check. The service technician was outstanding. All in all, we would not hesitate to use Precision for our overhead garage door services.
