Tech performed annual safety inspection and made adjustments to the drive chain and track alignment. the door operates much smoother. He also helped me set the code in a keypad that I installed last week. Tech is an outstanding rep for Precision Door.

I choose Precision Door because I saw them on Angie's List and read the rave reviews. I have also heard advertisements on the radio so when I saw they were on Angie's List with great reviews I had to give them a call. The guy, Rick came out on time. He was very nice. He kept me updated on what he was doing. There was a problem with my garage door and after changing out the circuit board and the sensors there was still a problem. He realized it wasn't the circuit board so he put the old one back on and re-wired everything. He did a great job and the price was right. I didn't feel over-charged or ripped off. I felt I got what I paid for. I will call Precision Door again if I have any problems in the future. Great Job!!! :)

I chose Precision because they advertised same day service. My garage door needed to be repaired ASAP. The spring broke with the garage door in the the down position. My vehicle was trapped inside. The service tech arrived earlier than scheduled and the service was excellent.

I got your number from the yellow pages after another company I had called did not show up, and I am so glad they didn't. The tech examined my door and pointed out what repairs were needed. Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.

Probably the best service call I've ever had. I received an email confirmation when I scheduled my appt and the rmail included the name and picture of the technician scheduled to handle my service call, way cool. Rick Scheiderer showed up exactly as promised, diagnosed my issue immediately (and it was a weird thing that was the problem), made the fix and was gone. We hsd this problem looked at about a year ago and thst company could not diagnose the cause - Rick figured it out immediately. It really was a great service call experience. This past Saturday, Rick and T.C. came to fix my broken garage door. They were awesome! They were extremely knowledgable, took the time to clearly explain to me what had broken and exactly what they would need to do to fix the problem. They worked quickly and fixed in about an hour what I feared may take several hours or even several visits to repair. Both technicians were polite, professional and just plain nice guys. all i can say is that Rick is a hard working to the point technician :) had another company come out and quoted an astronomical amount for a simple repair to our garage door, was not able to close correctly and Rick told me the TRUTH of what needed to be done to remedy the repairs. needed a few things here and there and walah!!! its a functioning operational garage door again at an AFFORDABLE price :) we will definitely call on Precision AGAIN :)

my garage door would not close this morning. i called precision. the receptionist was very polite and set an appointment for a technician to repair door. rick called me and advised he had a cancellation. he arrived and assessed the situation. he worked on the door. afterwards he told and showed me in detail why the door malfuntioned. he answered all my questions with clarity and patience. rick was the personification of true professional workmanship and outstanding customer service. mr. scheiderer has convinced me that precision door service will be my first option when the time comes to have future garage door repair service and new garage door purchase. thank you rick and precision door service.
