I had used Precision before (in 2008) and found them to be very professional and courteous. The technician was very, very nice. My appointment was for between 4-6pm. At 4pm the dispatcher called to let me know that it would be closer to 6pm before he could get there. I really appreciated them keeping me posted. Rick arrived early, completed the repair and did extra maintenance on the door such as lubrication, reattaching a loose bolt and repositioning two bolts that were causing some wear on the door. Cost was very reasonable for the work done.
