Our garage door broke on a Sunday with 2 cars stuck inside. I called Precision and loved that I was able to talk to a "human" on Sunday. I knew that afternoon that someone would be out on Monday to fix it. Did not have to wait til Monday morning and hope. Both guys were extremely nice, professional, and very thorough. They made what looked very dire to us look easy! Fixed us up and we are better than new! You can probably find someone cheaper but these guys are the real deal. Worth the security of knowing they will do it right the first time.

Our garage door spring snapped at 3 in the afternoon and we couldn't manually open the door. We called Precision and the lady that answered the phone was so nice. She said they were booked solid but would see what she could do. By 5 Brandon was at our door. He was very courteous and professional. He went right to work and we were back in business in less than an hour. Highly Recommend Precision Door. I knew my garage door was in bad shape. I had repaired it myself several times through the years, but when it began to warp the railings and catch against the door frame on the way down, I finally called Precision Door Service to schedule an estimate. As I closed the door after making that call, parts of the old wood and Masonite door suddenly fell out onto the floor of the garage and the door got stuck so that I had to leave the garage open that night. I was afraid it would take days to get it replaced. When the technician arrived to give me the estimate the next morning, it sounded totally reasonable (less than I expected), and I got discounts for choosing Precision from my Angie's List membership (it more than covered that annual $15 fee) and for being a senior citizen. I accepted the estimate on the spot (without waiting for other bids). The company scheduled the replacement for the next morning, and it was completed within an hour and a half (it would have taken less time had the railings not been damaged, causing extra work for the technician). The technician, Eric Kee, was totally professional and personable and hauled away the old door, railings and springs. The new white door looks great although I do plan to paint it to match the off-white trim on the house (I do wish they had an off-white option among the colors).

I was extremely satisfied the way your company approached my problem. You addressed it via email or digital. Eric was very friendly and understood the problem before any work was started. He gave me the complete cost and asked me to intial the total cost. I apprecite your staff email me back advising me the person to show up and scheduled an appointment convenient to my schedule. Finally, Eric asked me if I was satisfied with his work? He asked if he could email the invoice via his IPad? I am satisfied!!!! Normally, I do not give the highest rating such as 5 or 10 and this time I did because I am extremely satisfied I did rate him a 5!!!

They installed my garage door opening system, so that's who I naturally called. Brandon was held up in traffic, but called me to alert me. It was not simple to train my new Audi to my opener, but he finally was able to make it work. I was pleased with his service. I was not pleased with 3 conversations I had with the 3 women who answered my phone calls. I got some conflicting information.

My garage door was a retrofit that had been adapted to enclose a car port. Replacement was a tricky process due to irregular fixture placement and tight clearances. Nevertheless, Technicians Eric Kee and Bob Sealey made short work of it and produced a quiet, smooth-running installation. They left me very pleased and impressed.
