I thought the technician said his name was Eric but maybe i misunderstood and he said Rick. I believe that Lisa was the person i talked to on the phone and she handled my request for a 'first thing on Monday morning' appt. very expertly. Work was done in a very timely fashion.

I called at 6:30 AM and was greeted by a friendly lady who quickly set up an appointment for 4 PM to repair my broken spring. Nate called about 3 PM asking if it would be ok if he came early - that has never happened with the cable guy! Our door is 22 years old and has always been noisy so I was prepared to buy a new door and even spoke with a gentlemen from the Memphis office about it. He told me Nate would be happy to help me with this. When Nate arrived he told me the office had told him I was interested in a new door. When I explained the reason (noisy door), he told me the problem was not the door. In fact the door was in great shape, but it was the opener and the metal rollers causing the noise. After a brief discussion we decided a new opener and new rollers were the way to go. Nate also noticed the cables were fraying so he replaced them as well. Two and a half hours after arriving the spring was replaced, the rollers and cables were replaced and a brand new Lift Master Opener was lifting the door. Nate even offered to program the car to the opener - I told him I could do that. Great Job to Nate and to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We purchased our garage door opener from Precision I think it 2008. This is only the 2nd time we have needed it to be checked out. Both times it was a problem caused by the weather. Precision has been very prompt in correcting our problem each time. The service technician has always been very polite and helpful in explaining the problem. Troubleshot issue with opener remotes not working; replaced the circuit board. Also replaced the weatherstripping on bottom of door. Rick was professional and very personable. I give this service call 4 stars, instead of 5, due to the fact that when I called in to schedule the service, I was quoted incorrectly on replacing the weather stripping. It was quoted over the phone with the assumption that the aluminum stripping needed replacing as well ($11 per foot). I discovered this once Rick arrived. When I ended the call to your office, I thought this was extremely expensive for rubber stripping. If I didn't have the remote control issue, I would not have scheduled the visit. Fortunately, once Rick arrived, he realized what I really needed and the price for the stripping was a lot less expensive that I thought. Rick was thorough and determined to find and fix my problem with the remotes. He offered me a couple different options for repair and didn't push anything that I didn't need. Lowell, Rick is a great asset and takes care of customers as if he was the owner. Commitment to service and a sense of ownership is harder to find these days; let him know that you appreciate him!!!

The technician was timely and had the problem corrected and door operational within 30 minutes of arrival. Both garage door springs were replaced.

Nate was very personable (even tho it was hot as _____) He fixed my problems which were a loose top connection and the remote lost it's code. He fixed both and showed me how to push the button to reset the remote. I appreciate the timely service, and won't mind calling again should I need further service. May ask for window panels shortly. We also discussed that possibility.

Very happy with our service! Precision came highly recommended by my family members. The nice man on the phone who made my appointment and Rick who came to fix our door were so nice and professional. Rick explained our door's mechanical problem and the causes of it very clearly to me. He was done in about 30 minutes. Great service from a trustworthy people! A spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately spoke with a representative who scheduled a repair for the next morning. As promised, the technician called before coming, arrived when he said he would, and replaced the spring and its counterpart on the other side of the door in about half an hour. I had downloaded a $25 discount coupon from the company's website, which was applied to the invoice. The price was reasonable and the repair was timely and complete.

I am very pleased with the service I received! I called on Sunday morning because I couldn't get my garage door to go down. I was told the tech would be there between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.on Monday and he arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m.!!! Although it was actually user error that was causing the door not to go down completely....Branden didn't make me feel like an idiot!! I would definitely use Precision again!

Eric was the installer of the garage door springs- he came on Monday and weighed my wood double garage door which was 400 lbs- he said he did not have it on the truck- someone called me to inform me that the door springs had to be ordered then called back to let me know when they would arrive and set up a follow up date for installation. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone and will use again if ever needed.
