This past Saturday, Rick and T.C. came to fix my broken garage door. They were awesome! They were extremely knowledgable, took the time to clearly explain to me what had broken and exactly what they would need to do to fix the problem. They worked quickly and fixed in about an hour what I feared may take several hours or even several visits to repair. Both technicians were polite, professional and just plain nice guys. I am so glad you have Saturday repair hours and I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and coworkers. Thank you!

all i can say is that Rick is a hard working to the point technician :) had another company come out and quoted an astronomical amount for a simple repair to our garage door, was not able to close correctly and Rick told me the TRUTH of what needed to be done to remedy the repairs. needed a few things here and there and walah!!! its a functioning operational garage door again at an AFFORDABLE price :) we will definitely call on Precision AGAIN :)

Excellent service! Our garage door spring broke on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. We couldn't get the door open to get in or our of the garage. We really didn't think we would be able to get anyone to come to our house the same day... but we called Precision Door after checking the BBB and their yellow pages ad. Bob Sealey was at our house within 20 minutes. He repaired the garage door (replaced both springs)in about 45 minutes! He was very courteous, professional and fast. Now we wouldn't think of calling any other company for a garage door repair.

Precision accommodated in sending a techican out quickly. I had an emergency because my husband and I could not get our cars out of our garage on a Saturday. We were stranded and the home warranty provided a company that could not come out until next business day which was on a Monday. So, we contacted Precision outside of the home warranty and the Precision service technician, Bob Sealy repaired without delay a problem that loomed for 8 years since we lived in the home. In other words, he repaired a dangerous problem that could have been more extensive in damages. Thank you Precision for your prompt and courtesy service!
