My garage door was broken...needed quick fix. Looked in yellow pages and noticed the coupons. Also checked online and found good comments from customers plus a $10 further discount by liking on Facebook. The rep who came to my home was a gentle giant. He was kind and thorough. I like Rick. He also knew his job and went the extra length to do the job right.

I have used your company in the past and was pleased with quality of the work and the courtesy of your technicians. I was not disappointed this time either, as Rick was a very knowledgeable employee and went out of his way to explain how my system operated. He took care of the problem I had and was very courtesy. He is a real asset for your company. G. A. Murray

Precision Door Service is highly rated on Angie's list. I used Angie's list to select three potential companies and eventually decided to gave them a call. Rick showed up on time and was very professional. He took his time when explaining my options and answering my questions. Rick fixed my broken spring and placed the order for my replacement door. He explained the anticipated delivery date, the replacement time and process. This experience has been much better than my previous experience with using door companies.

Brandon's service was excellent, he replaced a broken cable on one side of my garage door. He had it repaired in no time. Just a little dissapointed in price, I've had the same thing done before for half the price. Other than that, I appreciate it!

Eric came out within an hour of my first call. He immediately identified the main problem and also two other problems with my door. The door worked flawlessly afterward. I appreciate your fixing my broken garage door this morning but I thought the pricing was outrageous. $69 for a service call on top of the $125 torsion reset seems excessive but charging another $69 for a bottom corner bracket that can be bought at any hardware store for less than $5 is userous. Would I use you again in an emergency - probably. Will I recommend you - no.

After about 15 years use, our double garage door went on the blink. As it turned out, we had received an ad from Precision Door that described them as a top-notch company. I called them in the late afernoon and they set up a time for the next morning between 10 am and noon for their man to be out, giving me his name. A little past ten the next morning, Eric was here to repair my door. I was impressed with his courtesy and attitude and the manner in which he went about explaining the problems with our door and the options available to repair it. I appreciate him showing me the damaged parts. It made me confident of his honesty in knowing he didn"t try to sell me more than I needed. I don't remember when my door worked so quietly. Thank you for your excellant service.
