Rick came on a Monday to inspect and suggest what needed to be done to get my garage door functioning properly. It was decided that the motor needed to be replaced (the old motor was original to the house - 20 years old). Rick came to install the new motor on Tuesday night and successfully completed the job in no time flat!!! I am completely satisified with the install and Rick was so professional and informative about all that was needed to be done and how all components of the install worked. I have used Precesion Door in the past and although I am not happy with my Chamberlian garage door opener I am happy with the quality of service. Technician was on time and professional. I did not feel like he would be the type who would case the place and come back and steal my lawnmower or something.Just sayin! LOL. The cost was higher than I thought it might be considering how cheap the parts are but with gas prices being as high as they are you have to make your money somewhere. In the end the customer will always get screwed.

In this particular incident, Mr. Wood informed us he had a coupon at the time he booked the service call and we made a notation on the work order. However, the technician inadvertently missed the notation and the coupon was not applied. Subsequently, we mailed Mr. Woods a check refunding him the coupon amount and thanking him for the opportunity to service his garage door! Management

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Thursday morning around 8:45am. The lady said she could have someone out between 9:00am & 11:00am, the same day! I was pleasantly surprised. At 9:30am, Eric arrived and began repairing our garage door springs. Eric was professional, thorough, and friendly. He had our door back in smooth working order, in a little more than one hour. Cost was 477.00, which included two new springs, and all new track rollers. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. This was the best home service call we have had in our ten years living in Memphis. We called about a sheared coil in the morning, we were told that a technician would arrive between 2 and 4 p.m. Shortly after 2 p.m. our technician arrived. He assessed the repair, gave us an estimate of time to repair and answered all our questions. The repair was completed in the estimated time, including the 25 point safety check. The service technician was outstanding. All in all, we would not hesitate to use Precision for our overhead garage door services.

There were two reasons we chose Precision to repair a garage door that would not lift. The first was an A+ rating with the BBB. The second was the promise of same day service if the request was phoned in before 2 p.m. I was given a 2 hour window in which the technician would arrive. He phoned ahead and asked permission to come early (which was convenient.) I was pleased with the service.
