my garage door would not close this morning. i called precision. the receptionist was very polite and set an appointment for a technician to repair door. rick called me and advised he had a cancellation. he arrived and assessed the situation. he worked on the door. afterwards he told and showed me in detail why the door malfuntioned. he answered all my questions with clarity and patience. rick was the personification of true professional workmanship and outstanding customer service. mr. scheiderer has convinced me that precision door service will be my first option when the time comes to have future garage door repair service and new garage door purchase. thank you rick and precision door service.

Very satisfied with company and service. We had a broken spring which Eric knew right away. Repaired it with in 15 to 20 mins if that. I paid $365 for 2 springs. Thank you for your service Eric.

I am satisfied with the service. Brandon was professional and courteous. I was concerned about the prices of the replacement springs. They were about 3 times as expensive as the regular springs that my friend just paid. I was told that these springs are powder coated and have higher life. I was still not convinced it was worth 3 times the regular price. I was in a bit of a hurry to get the job done, so I went ahead with the 'premium' springs.

What can I say? I woke up and went to open my garage door, when as luck would have it, the spring broke in two and the door wouldn't go up. Here we are on a weekend, and I won't be able to find anyone to fix my problem. I hopped on the internet and found Precision Door. I called and they were at the house in an hour. Very professional service. In and out in 40 minutes or so. The price was reasonable, and the response was worth every penny. When I am ready for a new door, I know where I am going !!!
