Thanks to Eric Kee for the fine job repair of my garage door. He realigned the rail frame. reinserted a door roller, adjusted the opposite roller with a spacer, and tightened the door release handle. I had backed into what I thought was an open door but the door had stopped one panel short of completely opening. Eric was able to straighten the door panel and secure the bottom weather stripping. All in all an excellent and professional repair. Thank you very much

Technician on time. He was very efficient in replacing old springs and balancing garage door properly. Knowledgeable and willing to explain some aspects of working on a garage door. Price was a bit high but I think it was made up for in service. Will not hesitate to call Precision Door again if the need arises.

I had a company come out and look at my garage door before Precision. They were so unprofessional and I had to continuously call them to get information on an estimate.
