What a refreshing experience! Our neighborhood covenants suggest garage doors to be closed as much as possible. My neighbor recently had Precision service his door and I had the opportunity to meet that technician, very friendly. Last week when my door refused to close, I immediately thought of Precision. I was able to schedule a service call the same day and Jon arrived promptly. Preparing for an expensive repair or replacement, Jon indicated that I had loose connection on the sensor and made the repair. He also lubricated the door for quieter operation. The minimum service charge was less than filling up your car! Very professional, thumbs up to Precision!

Clipper ad was helpful saying you had appointments available and were members of BBB. Scheduling was easy. The email you sent was nice to see the pictures of the technicians. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality service I recieved with my recent garage door repair. I fully expected the technician to show up late, without necessary parts or tools, and have to schedule another appointment for which I'd have to miss more work. Wow! Was I surprised when I was called ahead of time by Rick, letting me know exactly when he would arrive (which was actually ahead of schedule!) He took the time to explain what needed to be done, quickly resolved the problem and even took the time to show me how to program the keypad entry (which we haven't known how to use in the 4+ years we've owned our home!). I made sure to get some of his business cards to give to my friends and co-workers! Precision Garage Door definitely deserves 5 stars!

Precision had the most prominent ad in Yellow Pages under garage doors. The phone receptionist was courteous and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The technician showed up when the appointment was scheduled and the garage door was fixed in a timely manner.

Precision door Rick serviced out garage putting new springs on because we installed the wrong size ourselves. Hopefully this will help in any future problems it cost 250.--. They did charge us a service call which they where not suppose to but that was credited once I called and talked to Bob very nice. They also took our old springs even though they were not broke just the wrong size. They brought them back once we requested them too. Overall I would call them again with any door problems.
