Precision door Rick serviced out garage putting new springs on because we installed the wrong size ourselves. Hopefully this will help in any future problems it cost 250.--. They did charge us a service call which they where not suppose to but that was credited once I called and talked to Bob very nice. They also took our old springs even though they were not broke just the wrong size. They brought them back once we requested them too. Overall I would call them again with any door problems.

I found the service from Precisiom Garage Door to outstanding right from the start. The morning of 8/29 I called to request service on my automatic gate which would not open. The receptionist was friendly and reassuring you could fix it. She took my address and contact info. Intoldnher no one would be at the house until 1:00. She graciously scheduled the service time from 1:00 to 3:00. Perfect. A few minutes later i receive an email confirmation of the service order. Nice touch. Around 11:30 a gentleman named Bob (I believe) called and said the technician was in the area and could come right away. I told him no one would be home until 1:00. He said no problem. We'll be there at 1:00. A little after 1:00 John Adams showed up. It was obvious right away that John knows his stuff. He began troubleshooting the Apollo opener and quickly narrowed the problem to the motor. He cracked open the motor and had it working again a few minutes later. All-in-all excellent service and a terrific experience compared to most service calls. I have added Predision Garage Door to my contact list and will definitely call you first In the future.

Way too expensive. Pricing is deceiving: labor was just $69 but sure too much was made on the $434 in parts. I wanted a better estimate on the phone. Once tech got here, I was locked into the $69 service fee and so couldn't get a second opinion. A neighbor recommended you but I won't.
