The technician Eric Kee was extremely professional and helpful in assisting me in making the decision to get a new door. I originally called for a repair but his assessment was honest and sincere. He said he could fix the door in a short time but I would be better served to replace the door so that I can feel confident that I have something reliable. Responsive but very expensive. They seem to know what they are talking about and if it's routine maintenance probably would be fine, I would no recommend them for an after hours call. Company resolved discount issue after the fact which I appreciated.

I got an entire new garage door, new springs, new tracking and new opener. I was impressed with the overall experience from booking the service call, to their promptness to the installation. They came out the same day I called to assess the situation and came back the next day with the new door. They did give me lower cost options which involved keeping my old door but since it was in bad shaped and I made the decision to go ahead and replace it. They took my old keypad and moved it to the other garage door (I have a 3 car garage) because the new keypad works on a different frequency. The Angie's List coupon saved me $180. They definitely knew what they were doing and I will use them again.

They arrived on time, told me what the problem was and the cost to fix it. They also accepted the coupon that I printed from Angie's list. They told me that the torsion springs they used should last 3x longer than the ones I had. The ones they replaced lasted 8 years, so I hope I do get 24 years out of these new ones.

After calling all of the Angie's List garage door companies that had A ratings, I decided on Precision Door because they were the most helpful and descriptive about their products. They use only the best quality doors and not a generic in-house brand. They also offer a lifetime warranty for an extra charge which includes higher quality materials and 24 hour on site service, which we opted for. I saved 10% by using the web coupon on their we site, which made their higher quality garage doors comparable in price to the lower quality doors that others are selling. Precision Door is who I will recommend to all my neighbors. Superior quality, competitive prices and they were a pleasure to deal with over the hone and during the installation at my home. A+

My garage door would not operate at all. They are always very quick to respond and very professional. Recommended replacing the whole motor or just the computer board. I went with the board after the options were explained. They did a great job and completed the repair very quickly. I've used them at least 3 times in the 17 years we have lived here, and I will call them again!

To all of the wonderful people at Precision Door. When i called last week with a broken garage door you told me someone would be by between 8 to 10 AM. I was very surprised it would be so quick! Much to my surprise Eric arrived at 8:30. He was very nice and extremely informative. I ended up having the complete overhaul on the door due to his recommendation. He was fast and thorough. The door works great and is so quiet. My little boy is not scared of the creepy sounds anymore. Thank you so much! You were there when i didn't know who to turn to.
