I selected your company from the Yellow Pages. Your technician replaced broken spring on door on Saturday, November 30. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. I appreciate your willingness to do the work on Saturday morning since I was in a position with one car inside the garage and one in the driveway (we needed to use both cars). Eric Kee came by on Wednesday, December 4 to make some adjustments to the lift (door would not go all of the way down). Both of your technicians we very courteous and professional. I give both of them a 5.

I had used Precision before (in 2008) and found them to be very professional and courteous. The technician was very, very nice. My appointment was for between 4-6pm. At 4pm the dispatcher called to let me know that it would be closer to 6pm before he could get there. I really appreciated them keeping me posted. Rick was very effecient and explained everything he did clearly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My door hasn't opened this quiet since I have lived here (21yrs).

The safety eyes had to be replaced. There was nothing on the service preformed or purchase a new product to mark for replacing safety eyes. Was very pleased with the service technician & the job he did. This is the second time I have used Precision Door service & pleased both times. Only I forgot to ask if he could of replaced the bottom door seal. But that's my mistake, not his. First time I had to have one of the door springs replaced.

Panicked when I realized I had backed into my garage door and knocked it off the track. Frustrated because it wasn't the first time this had happened. Precision made it all better! They responded to my call, had Eric out in less than two hours, repaired not only the damage I did but made improvements to both my garage doors to ensure this wouldn't happen again. Rick arrived early, completed the repair and did extra maintenance on the door such as lubrication, reattaching a loose bolt and repositioning two bolts that were causing some wear on the door. Cost was very reasonable for the work done.
