We contacted your firm and others for an estimate and expected service date to remedy a problem we had with our automatic garage door. Naturally we were also concerned about home security since we were unable to close the garage door.We were not only pleased with your projected cost of installing a new Liftmaster unit but also impressed with the fact that your Company could do the work the very same day. We wanted you to be aware of the fine service performed by your representative, Mr. Jon Ketchum. He was professional and personable. Jon went directly to the task and completed the work in about an hour. We are extremely pleased with everything and, although we do not know Jon, we would not hesitate to recommend your company to others because of him and his work. As a former Bartlett city official, I know from experience that people are quick to complain about the work of an employee but rarely commend the good they do.
