This was the best home service call we have had in our ten years living in Memphis. We called about a sheared coil in the morning, we were told that a technician would arrive between 2 and 4 p.m. Shortly after 2 p.m. our technician arrived. He assessed the repair, gave us an estimate of time to repair and answered all our questions. The repair was completed in the estimated time, including the 25 point safety check. The service technician was outstanding. All in all, we would not hesitate to use Precision for our overhead garage door services.

There were two reasons we chose Precision to repair a garage door that would not lift. The first was an A+ rating with the BBB. The second was the promise of same day service if the request was phoned in before 2 p.m. I was given a 2 hour window in which the technician would arrive. He phoned ahead and asked permission to come early (which was convenient.) I was pleased with the service.

What a refreshing experience! Our neighborhood covenants suggest garage doors to be closed as much as possible. My neighbor recently had Precision service his door and I had the opportunity to meet that technician, very friendly. Last week when my door refused to close, I immediately thought of Precision. I was able to schedule a service call the same day and Jon arrived promptly. Preparing for an expensive repair or replacement, Jon indicated that I had loose connection on the sensor and made the repair. He also lubricated the door for quieter operation. The minimum service charge was less than filling up your car! Very professional, thumbs up to Precision!

I initially called because I had a coupon but after dealing with your company, I will call whenever I need garage door service. My repairman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Your website sent me a picture and name prior to his arrival, which I thought was very professional. The repairman even went the extra yard to inspect and lubricate my other garage door. I very much appreciate your website and use of the internet to make appointments. Again, I will use your service anytime I encounter problems and will certainly steer my friends your way if they require garage door repairs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality service I recieved with my recent garage door repair. I fully expected the technician to show up late, without necessary parts or tools, and have to schedule another appointment for which I'd have to miss more work. Wow! Was I surprised when I was called ahead of time by Rick, letting me know exactly when he would arrive (which was actually ahead of schedule!) He took the time to explain what needed to be done, quickly resolved the problem and even took the time to show me how to program the keypad entry (which we haven't known how to use in the 4+ years we've owned our home!). I made sure to get some of his business cards to give to my friends and co-workers! Precision Garage Door definitely deserves 5 stars!

Precision had the most prominent ad in Yellow Pages under garage doors. The phone receptionist was courteous and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The technician showed up when the appointment was scheduled and the garage door was fixed in a timely manner.

I was out of town and my wife was home. We needed to get the door fixed fast as our house is on the market and my wife was leaving town Sunday am. Brandon came Saturday night to fix our problem.
