Rick came on a Monday to inspect and suggest what needed to be done to get my garage door functioning properly. It was decided that the motor needed to be replaced (the old motor was original to the house - 20 years old). I have used Precesion Door in the past and although I am not happy with my Chamberlian garage door opener I am happy with the quality of service. Technician was on time and professional. I did not feel like he would be the type who would case the place and come back and steal my lawnmower or something.Just sayin! LOL. The cost was higher than I thought it might be considering how cheap the parts are but with gas prices being as high as they are you have to make your money somewhere. In the end the customer will always get screwed.
