I have had Precision out a year or two before for preventive maintenance, so when the spring broke this time I called them back. The call in to the service was very helpful and professional. Rick was there a little early of the appointment, very pleasant from the start. He came in and assessed the issue and gave me several options with full understandable explanations of each. My opener failed. I called Precision and spoke with a Csr immediately. A technician was at my door an hour and a half later. The Tech Chris was courteous, professional, skilled and efficient.
