First, I had garage door installed 18+ years ago with excellent price and service. I have had NO problem with this product. Second, I lost 2nd remote. Ben called to verify it would be ok for him to arrive early for the appointment. He reviewed the different options available prior to starting the work. Ben was very professional and customer service was a priority. Ben did not consider the repairs complete until he had cleaned the work area and tested the door for proper operation. The tech came out and was very professional and thorough. I could tell by speaking with him on the phone (I was at work) that he knew his stuff. My wife, who was at home said he was very polite and professional. I like the fact that he made good recommendations and was able to explain warranties very well. He was obviously trained well. He also did very good work in repairing my garage door and didn't take a long time to do it. I will be calling Precision every time from now on!!!

Our 30 year old opener died. I called Presision and got an appointment for the service call on the morning I was free. The technician called before he came and arrived on time. He gave two options and quoted the price, then put in the new motor and cable. All in all we are very satisfied. This is my third time using Presicion (new springs in 2012 and a new door in 2015), and we have had the same great service each time

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. My Service Tech, Ben, was professional and explained to me the different options I had for my repairs to settle in on the best option for me.
