I got your number from the yellow pages after another company I had called did not show up, and I am so glad they didn't. The tech examined my door and pointed out what repairs were needed. Made suggestions for future performance. After replacing the broken parts, spring and hinges. The door was tested to insure performance. I was shown what repairs were made and what parts were used. I especially like the email appointment confirmation with a picture of the tech. From the initial phone call to the work being performed took only 1 1/2 hrs. Great customer service. Very professional. Precision Doors will be called in the future for any repairs needed.

Probably the best service call I've ever had. I received an email confirmation when I scheduled my appt and the rmail included the name and picture of the technician scheduled to handle my service call, way cool. Rick Scheiderer showed up exactly as promised, diagnosed my issue immediately (and it was a weird thing that was the problem), made the fix and was gone. We hsd this problem looked at about a year ago and thst company could not diagnose the cause - Rick figured it out immediately. It really was a great service call experience. This past Saturday, Rick and T.C. came to fix my broken garage door. They were awesome! They were extremely knowledgable, took the time to clearly explain to me what had broken and exactly what they would need to do to fix the problem. They worked quickly and fixed in about an hour what I feared may take several hours or even several visits to repair. Both technicians were polite, professional and just plain nice guys.
