My garage door was a retrofit that had been adapted to enclose a car port. Replacement was a tricky process due to irregular fixture placement and tight clearances. Nevertheless, Technicians Eric Kee and Bob Sealey made short work of it and produced a quiet, smooth-running installation. They left me very pleased and impressed. Rick was our tech. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I had replaced my garage door spring in 2006 and was disappointed that in had broken again. I have a large garage door and it has two springs. Only one was broken but Rick educated me on number of uses and general door operation. He allowed me to use company coupons which saved some money. After attempting my own DIY fixes for a garage door not wanting to stay shut, which eventually led to it being really stuck shut, I contacted Precision. While I wasn't here when the tech came out to work on it, my wife said he diagnosed the problem (drive gear on the motor was wobbly due to rollers and other things causing an excessive load on it)and fixed it all within about an hours time. He offered to replace the standard rollers with 11-ball-bearing nylon(?) rollers for $160 or $165. Hey, as I mentioned before, I'm a DIYer. There are some things where the thought, "I can't do that" never enters my mind. But if you're not into that realm of action, then the price would be good for you. Hey, if you need garage door repairs, call these folk. They "know" what they're doing. My name's Michael Wicinski and I approve of this message.

I had a garage door emergency last night. Upon calling Precision, I was scheduled for an appointment today between 2 & 4 PM. Brandon called me about 1 PM today asking if he could come early to fix our garage door. I SAID YES! Brandon arrived about 1:15 PM. Some rollers needed to be repaired and some preventative maintenance as well. Brandon was professional, fixed our problem quickly and was very courteous. The cost of the service call was very reasonable when you consider it was an emergency. I would definitely use Precision again.

I selected your company from the Yellow Pages. Your technician replaced broken spring on door on Saturday, November 30. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. I appreciate your willingness to do the work on Saturday morning since I was in a position with one car inside the garage and one in the driveway (we needed to use both cars). Eric Kee came by on Wednesday, December 4 to make some adjustments to the lift (door would not go all of the way down). Both of your technicians we very courteous and professional. I give both of them a 5.

At 4pm the dispatcher called to let me know that it would be closer to 6pm before he could get there. I really appreciated them keeping me posted. The safety eyes had to be replaced. There was nothing on the service preformed or purchase a new product to mark for replacing safety eyes. Was very pleased with the service technician & the job he did. This is the second time I have used Precision Door service & pleased both times. Only I forgot to ask if he could of replaced the bottom door seal. But that's my mistake, not his. First time I had to have one of the door springs replaced.
